The NDIS participant portal, or myplace, is a secure website for participants or their nominee to view their NDIS plan, request payments and manage service bookings with providers.

You will be provided with a unique activation code to access myplace.

Once you have an activation code, you can access myplace through the NDIS website or myGov.

Some of you may be familiar with the myGov website as it provides access to a number of government organisations including Medicare, Centrelink and the Australian Tax Office. The NDIS is now part of myGov as well. It is a secure government website.

Sharing your plan

You can choose who you share the details of your child’s plan with, whether they are a provider, a doctor or family member.

You may wish to do this for the purpose of evaluating the success of the plan, in preparation for the review process. However remember your plan has sensitive information in it you may wish to remain confidential, so select who you share your plan with carefully.
